We are preparing for a relatively lengthy day, which will involve several hours of combined car and train travel, commencing from the moment we collect you from your accommodation.
This itinerary aims to encapsulate the essence of the inter-Andean valleys as we descend to 2,000 meters above sea level in Aguas Calientes. We commence our journey mid-morning at a leisurely pace, utilizing a vehicle accompanied by an interpreter, followed by a ride on the panoramic train and rail car featuring live performances — an undeniably unique experience.
Upon our arrival in Aguas Calientes, we will check into a reputable chain hotel, contingent upon availability, before embarking on an exploration of the charming town set against the backdrop of majestic granite mountains and a verdant, evergreen forest. You may relish your free afternoon in the hotel gardens, enjoy a beverage at its historic bar, or visit the hot springs situated merely 10 minutes from the hotel for a refreshing swim.

After breakfast, we will embark on a visit to the renowned Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. Our team will have provided detailed instructions the evening prior to dinner regarding the meeting point and time for the bus journey to the legendary Inca city of Machu Picchu, where your tour will commence with your private guide. This tour, lasting approximately three hours, will offer you the opportunity to explore the Andean worldview that underpins this enchanting city. We will visit notable sites such as the Tiwanaku Temple, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Guardhouse, and many other hidden gems to uncover with your guide.

07:30 AM: Transportation from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu.
08:00 AM: Arrival at the Machu Picchu citadel.

You should arrive at the train station 40 minutes prior to the train's departure.
03:20 PM: Depart by train to Ollantaytambo, followed by a vehicle transfer to Cusco, concluding the tour.
05:15 PM: Arrival in Ollantaytambo and transfer to the vehicle for the journey to Cusco.
08:00 PM: Arrival in Cusco and check-in at your designated accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In accordance with Peruvian government regulations at Machu Picchu, this item is non-transferable and does not permit refunds or date modifications. In the event of cancellation, the entrance ticket is automatically forfeited and is non-refundable.
