    1- Appetizer: Passion Fruit Pisco Sour.
    Prepare your own Pisco Sour and discover the history behind our national cocktail.
    2- Appetizer: Traditional Ceviche.
    Our national dish consists of cushuros and avocado from Quillabamba.
    3- Main course: Contemporary quinoa risotto.
    Featuring tricolor quinoa and Peruvian yellow chili pepper, elegantly garnished with avocado.
    4- Dessert: Custard Apple and Exotic Fruits.
    Indulge in our dessert featuring the finest local fruits, artfully presented in a parfait arrangement.

    OPTION 2: DINNER (3:00 PM to 7:00 PM)

    1- Appetizer: Passion Fruit Pisco Sour.
    Prepare your own Pisco Sour and discover the history behind our national cocktail.
    2- Aperitivo: Nikkei Tiradito.
    Sashimi-style fish marinated in Japanese-Peruvian ponzu, accompanied by avocado, cushuros, and sweet potato purée.
    3- Main course: Vacuum-sealed alpaca loin served atop a bed of tricolor quinoa.
    Oven-roasted geese accompanied by native potatoes, garnished with smoky Andean chimichurri.
    4- Dessert: Cherimoya and tropical fruits.
    Indulge in our dessert featuring the finest local fruits, artfully presented in a parfait arrangement.
    5- Infusions.

    VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVES:

    The fish will be substituted with sweet cucumber or a regional fruit.
    Mushrooms will replace the meat.
    All our menus can be customized to accommodate specific dietary requirements.
    All the dishes are seasoned with salt sourced from the Maras salt flats.

General Information

CANCELLATIONS, DATE MODIFICATIONS, AND PENALTIES

Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date and time of the service (subject to availability of spaces and dates), and no penalty will be incurred.
Any cancellation or modification made within 15 calendar days up to 48 hours prior to the service date will incur a penalty of 50% of the fee, with the remaining 50% credited to your account and a receipt provided for the penalty amount.
Any cancellation or modification made within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time of the service will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the fee, and a corresponding receipt will be issued for the penalty amount.
No show: a penalty of 100% of the daily rate will be enforced.
There are no exceptions.

Prices are determined by small group departures.
Sale is subject to cancellation policies.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you must communicate them at the time of your booking confirmation.
The journey commences at the main square of Cusco, from which we must proceed to the market to gather the ingredients (consider alternative transportation if the segment is not feasible for you).
Ten percent of the amount is designated for the Green Angels Foundation in collaboration with ECOLUCERNA LODGE TAMBOPATA, supporting Amazon conservation initiatives.
Languages other than English and Spanish incur an additional fee or are exclusively offered as a private option.
